What is the difference between IPL hair removal at a salon or clinic in Singapore?

To address your concern, no one can guarantee no complication. Doctor-run clinic would, however, more careful as the doctor may loss his/her licence if he/she did not do the proper care. The doctor should also be the one doing the hair removal according to MOH/SMC's guideline. It may not be the same if the treatment is done by a non-doctor personnel. As for doing it in a salon, the risk will be on you. Let me explain. There are many causes for excess hair. It might due just genetic in which some people are just more hairy.

How effective are non-surgical liposuction procedures in Singapore?

To answer your question, it will depend on the context that you are referring to. If you are hoping to achieve reduction of large amount of weight lost or major reduction of fat, non-surgical fat reduction is the wrong option. The correct way to reduce large amount of fat is diet and exercise, provided that there is no underlying medical condition causing weight gain, such as hypothyroidism. Surgical liposuction is able to remove several kilogram of fat in one session, highly effective and of lasting result.

How to remove syringomas permanently?

Presuming that it is syringoma, I believe you know by now that syringoma is a benign growth from the sweat gland. Did it grow back again after CO2 or it did not improve at all? If it did not reduce at all after laser, you might need to burn it deeper. Although CO2 laser helps to vapourise it, it may regrow again, unfortunately. Some find that the result may last longer if we burn deeper but it also increases the risk of scarring as a result of excessive burnt, especially if you mentioned that you have a lot of it. Microneedling is not useful and there is no point doing it again.
