Dr Jun Hyuk Hwang

Dr Hwang Jun Hyuk graduated with a certificate and masters in orthodontics from the University Of Maryland School Of Dentistry in Baltimore, Maryland, USA. He received his D.M.D. (doctor of dental medicine) from Boston University with summa cum laude as valedictorian and was inducted into OKU National Dental Honour Society in 2012.

Dr Hwang takes his passion for orthodontics beyond the treatment room to the classroom, giving lectures throughout the US and Singapore on the topic of orthodontics.

Dr Hwang is also quite the celebrity himself, having been featured on dentistry publications such as The Bulletin from the American Association of Orthodontists, American Dental Education Association, and has won numerous awards and recognition in orthodontic research. He has also been called upon by local media such as Channel NewsAsia to give his opinion on topics involving orthodontics.

His interest in orthodontics drives him to pursue new technologies in orthodontics, eventually becoming a pioneer in digital 3D orthodontics and one of Invisalign clear aligner system's biggest providers.
