Dr Jazlan Joosoph is a Consultant in Obstetrics & Gynaecology with Raffles Women's Health Clinic. 

Dr Jazlan graduated from National University of Singapore under the Public Service Commission scholarship. He went on for his post-graduate training in obstetrics and gynaecology, and obtained his masters from the Royal College of Obstetrics & Gynaecology of the United Kingdom. After his return to Singapore, he received his specialist accreditation with the Ministry of Health Singapore and was admitted as Fellow of the Academy of Medicine Singapore and College of Obstetricians & Gynaecologists of Singapore.

Dr Jazlan has took on many various positions during his professional career, such as appointed clinical tutor and examiner of the medical faculty in National University of Singapore, and specialist lecturer with the Singapore Armed Forces and Singapore Civil Defence Force. Dr Jazlan is also passionate in public health and education, and he is still currently a weekly health columnist in Singapore's only local Malay newspaper Berita Harian and a writer with Majalah Perkahwinan magazine. Besides that, he is also featured in many public forums, seminars, scientific meetings, media interviews as well as television and radio health programmes.

Dr Jazlan was the pioneer council member of the Muslim Healthcare Professional Association for two terms and member of the Obstetrical & Gynaecological Society of Singapore.
