Dr Leow currently practices at Mount Elizabeth Novena Hospital, Singapore as a cardiologist. He sub-specializes in Interventional Cardiology and is experienced in Invasive Cardiology procedures. After completing his advanced specialist training in cardiology at the National Heart Centre Singapore in 2010, he joined the Khoo Teck Phuat Hospital (KTPH) in 2011.
Dr Leow has had a variety of teaching experiences as an adjunct assistant professor at Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine, a clinical teacher at Lee Kong Chian School of Medicine, and a core clinical faculty member in cardiology of the National Healthcare Group Cardiology Residency Programme. Till today, Dr Leow continues to partake in academic matters as he teaches undergraduate and postgraduate medical students, nurse clinicians, and pharmacists.
During his time at the Khoo Teck Phuat Hospital (KTPH), Dr Leow held several key leadership positions such as the director of the Coronary Care Unit, clinical lead for the Cardiac Catheterisation Laboratory, director of the Cardiovascular Centre, and chairman of the Pharmacy and Therapeutics Committee. He also sits on the hospital's medical device committee and represents KTPH at the National Pharmacy and Therapeutics Committee meetings.
