Dr Priya Sen graduated from the University College London, UK with a double degree in Neuroanatomy and in Medicine. In 2000, she became a member of the Royal College of Physicians (MRCP, London) and obtained her Fellowship of the Royal College of Physicians (FRCP London) in 2010 which is similar to being Board Certified in their specialty in America. During her postgraduate scholarship at the Chelsea and Westminster Hospital in London, England, she obtained a Diploma in Genitourinary Medicine where she was trained in the use of Botox and Injectable fillers in the Dermatology department.
Back in Singapore, Dr Sen spent 14 years at the National Skin Centre where she worked in the dermatology and laser surgery unit and has a huge amount of experience working with lasers for hair removal, tattoo removal, pigmentation, and scarring. At the point in time of her departure, she was the Head of Department of STI Control Singapore (now known as DSC clinic) and a Senior consultant dermatologist. Also, she is a regular visitor to the Infectious Disease Department at Tan Tock Seng Hospital Singapore as a senior consultant.
She strongly believes in a holistic approach to dermatology, providing medical treatment, lifestyle and dietary measures with a customizable approach to her individual patients. Currently, she has her own skincare line, PS Skin that is a result of many research and studies paired with patient contact and experiences. She is also multilingual, with an ability to converse and give consultations in English, French, Chinese and Malay.
Dr Sen enjoys playing squash, golf and scuba dives, and is a huge advocate of an active lifestyle for healthy skin which always involves the use of sunscreen.
