Dr Seng Shay Way is a Consultant in Obstetrics & Gynaecology and Reproductive Specialist with Seng's OG Practice.

Dr Seng obtained his medical degree from the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland, and went on for an internship and obstetrics and gynaecology training at Tan Tock Seng Hospital (TTSH) and KK Women's and Children's Hospital (KKH) before being admitted to the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists in London. Under the Health Manpower Development Programme (HMDP) by Ministry of Health (MOH), Dr Seng finished his sub-speciality training in the Centre for Reproductive Medicine and Fertility at the Royal Hallamshire Hospital, UK. Dr Seng received his Masters of Reproductive Medicine from the University of New South Wales.

With over 15 years of experience in in teaching and in the treatment of reproductive disorders and infertility, Dr Seng is an expert in the field of reproductive medicine, and he is also a MOH-certified reproductive specialist. Dr Seng was the executive council member in the Obstetrical and Gynaecological Society of Singapore (OGSS), and continues to be a member of OGSS. Dr Seng currently is a member of the Society of Colposcopy & Cervical Pathology of Singapore and the board of the welfare committee of the Sree Narayana Home for the Aged Sick and the Meranti home in Pelangi village.
