What is INFINI Fractional RF skin treatment?
INFINI Fractional RF is an insulated microneedling treatment with high intensity focused radiofrequency. The technology allows your doctor to control the depth of penetration and level of energy delivered under the skin surface, to a maximum of 3.5 millimetres. This stimulates collagen production which can improve the appearance of deep acne scars by enhancing skin volume.
INFINI can be used for acne scar and enlarged pore treatment, facial wrinkle reduction, and neck rejuvenation.
Is INFINI Fractional RF treatment safe?
INFINI Fractional RF treatment prevents injury to the upper layers of the skin (epidermis) and delivers energy only at the tip of the needles at the required depth in the dermis.
INFINI treatment is non-surgical and can be done on any skin tone. Numbing gels and anaesthesic can help to reduce the momentary pain during the procedure.
What is recovery time after INFINI treatment like?
Immediately after INFINI Fractional RF treatment, you may experience some swelling and redness (erythema). During this time, protect your skin from the sun and if you prefer, rest at home until the swelling fades in 2 to 4 days.
A hygienic treatment environment and post-treatment skincare is important for healing. Results from the treatment will start to be visible from the two-week mark and continue for a few months to come. Two to four sessions of treatment may be needed, depending on the nature of the scars.
