Happy National Day Weekend! And Singapore is easing off Circuit Breaker!

Singapore started easing Circuit Breaker (CB) measures on 2 June 2020. This easing has 3 phases, simply named phase 1, 2, and 3.
This means that over time, you can spend less time at home and more time outside!
As of 19 June 2020, Singapore has entered phase 2 and we can meet our friends and family for food outside again!
That doesn’t mean that you can go wherever you want. There are still some areas in Singapore that are designated as active Covid-19 clusters.
An active Covid-19 cluster is an area that has had several Covid-19 transmissions that are related to one another. A cluster is active for 14 days from the start of transmission as symptoms may take 14 days to develop.
Update 31 July 2020: The places mentioned below are places visited by infectious patients. It is not technically a cluster. We will leave the definition of a cluster above.
As these are public places, it is difficult to determine how many people have crossed paths and been infected by a then-unknown Covid-19 patient.
The good news is that these active Covid-19 clusters can be closed, making them inactive. This means that the likelihood of infection has dropped to safe levels.
Below is a list of both active and inactive Covid-19 clusters for you to refer to.
Human will update this list every Friday. This list is good to refer to for weekend trips!
Until then, you can refer to this website on Covid-19 in Singapore for the latest information on infection rates and active clusters. Scroll to the bottom and the clusters will be on the right of the page.
You can also visit the Ministry of Health (MoH) for more information.
Other sites we refer to are the Ministry of Manpower’s (MoM) list of dormitories that have been gazetted as isolation areas. There is also the MoM’s list of cleared and due-to-be-cleared dormitories.
