Hi Shan Shan,

It is great that you are actively seeking out preventive tips to keep yourself safe from skin cancer! Sun protection is key and cannot be over-emphasized. I personally suggest using a broad-spectrum sunscreen with SPF 30 and above, in our hot tropical climate, and re-applying every 2 hours if our in the sun. It is also best to avoid the sun between 10am-4pm.
