Hi from your photo, you appear to be suffering from active and moderately severe acne. This leaves acne marks when the acne is healed, causing uneven skin tone.

First, you should consider getting your acne under control and this can be via different treatment strategies such as:

1. Oral antibiotics

2. Oral contraceptive pills

3. Oral isotretinoin

Once the active acne is under control, you will have no new acne spots and the marks will gradually fade over time. On the face, this normally takes a few months. However, if you are still developing new acne, new marks will continue to form. If you are keen for the active intervention of the acne marks, treatment options would include:

1. Lightening creams

2. Chemical peels

3. Lasers and light treatment
