Hi,
There is still significant redness suggesting that your acne may still be in the active phase. Active acne may be treated with either topicals or oral medication (discussed elsewhere in this forum) that your doctor will be able to guide you.
Upon successful control of acne, the post-acne blemishes may take several months before subsiding. Only after about 12 months later, if the bumps do not subside are they true scars and may be treated with the various laser resurfacing procedures.
Raised acne scars such as hypertrophic and keloid scars tend to occur more on the nose, chin and jawline and are generally uncommon on the cheeks.
A close examination by your doctor will be most useful in determining the nature of the raised red bumps on your cheeks before suggesting appropriate treatment for them.
Hope you recover soon!
