Glad to know that you are now seeing well without glasses following your laser vision correction. Now that all is well, you are now contemplating on the strategies that will continue to keep your eyes in good condition. The general advice given for eye health applies equally to both lasered and non-lasered eyes.
Basically, it can be classified into addressing visual demands, exposure to UV radiation (usually sunlight) and sufficient rest. Most require simple measure like taking sufficient breaks away from reading, minimising exposure to UV radiation by wearing sunshades and ensuring adequate lubrication when eyes are dry due to fatigue.
Apart from the afore-mentioned, it would be prudent to make regular visits to your ophthalmologist to screen for age-related eye conditions such as cataracts, glaucoma or age-related macular degeneration.
Otherwise, do enjoy your new found freedom. Just be sure to be safe in whatever adventures you get yourself involved in.
