How can I look after my peeling skin due to hand, foot and mouth disease? (photo)

Doctor's Answers 2

Peeling of the hands and feet after hand foot and mouth disease is quite common. This usually occurs after 1 to 2 weeks of the infection.

You should use moisturizers regularly on your hands and feet, and minimize contact with harsh soaps and detergents in the meantime.

The skin will gradually recover, so do not be too worried!

Hi, a simple moisturizer will do. You may also try some Aloe Vera to speed up the process.
