How can I remove syringoma/milia under my eyes?
Hi Doctors, I used to have tiny bumps that are situated under my eye area since I was a teenager, but for the past 1-2 years, I’ve noticed skin colored/light brown bumps around my eyes, some on my cheeks and forehead too. I use face exfoliating scrubs at times but I don’t think it works for me. I did some research myself and I’m not sure if it’s syringoma or just normal milia seeds and my facial lady can’t remove them for me. What are the creams/medicine I can use or procedures (laser, peels etc) for me to get them removed? How much would that cost?
Thanks for sharing your photos with us. This is probably milia and they can be removed easily with a Smartxide CO2 laser. However, it can recur as some of the doctors here have mentioned.
A good skin care regime, scrub or peel can help prevent the recurrence. The CO2 laser burns off these milia with minimal scarring and the downtime is usually about 2-3 days depending on each individual.
I hope this answers your question. Have a great week ahead and all the best!
