Hello, it is not very clear from the photo if the raised spot is indeed a pimple. I think it will be most helpful if you can see a doctor or dermatologist to review this spot in clinic.
If it is a large acne nodule, a quick and simple intralesional steroid injection will usually solve the problem easily. There are other possibilities for such an appearance and your doctor will be able to discuss your treatment options with you once they have determined the diagnosis.
