I have personally not opted to use Fucicort for inflamed pimples.
Anecdotally I have had a couple of patients who have used it selectively for the bigger pimples, and they swear by it. But I would agree with Dr Paul that the risks of skin thinning over a prolonged use, and acne aggravation at a later stage doesn't make this such a great idea.
Pls consult your doctor early instead. Oral medications such as antibiotics or Isotretinoin might be needed for you
