In short, it is unlikely for there to be lumps after fillers for facial rejuvenation as long as the injector is experienced: 1) chooses the correct product 2) correct technique in placing the product in the correct layer(s).
I would advice you to choose a doctor that you are comfortable with, is experienced and that you have seen his work (before & after pictures) to get a sense of his/ her eye for beauty.
