Thank you for your question. Bruising can happen after filler injections and will typically subside in 1 to 2 weeks. You can also consider arnica gel/ tablets to help with your recovery. Personally I will avoid the following to reduce the risk of bruising:
Do let your doctor know if there is significant bruising. It will also be helpful if you can show a picture of the bruises. Hope this helps!

Bruising occurs as a result of patient and doctor factors.
To fix scars, injections needed to be done superficially, hence increasing your bruise risk. This is normal.
Not to worry, most bruises resolve in 2 weeks.
To speed up healing, you may consider arnica.

The recommended guideline is for fillers to be used in a single session in view of the risk of skin contamination. There have been previous studies which reported no contamination of partially used hyaluronic acid fillers. However, this particular study stands out. M Al-Haddab et al studied the potential of infectious contamination of hyaluronic acid fillers kept in storage (32. 87–71. 57 months after initial treatment).
Superficial filling of dermal depressions will yield positive results immediately actually. I have used Belotero Soft / Balance before for filling superficial lines, wrinkles and dents . The result is immediately seen. Do follow up closely with your attending doctor for a detailed review.
