Tear trough correction via filler placement is often challenging and best performed by an experienced injector. Depending on the severity of your tear trough and the amount of filler injected, an improvement of 50-75% may be achieved.
As with all aesthetic procedures, a personal assessment is required before treatment and variability in clinical response is to be expected.

Thank you for your question. It is difficult to tell clearly from the photograph, but it does appear that there may be some vascular proliferation of blood vessel beneath the blister. There may be an underlying pyogenic granuloma that needs to be treated. Simple traumatic blisters usually heal in 1 to 2 weeks. I suggest that you see your doctor or dermatologist to get this properly assessed.
Thanks for your question. This is indeed problem that many of us will face as we get older and certainly even in young patients this may occur. My only question to you is why you underwent the MRI? Was it for back pain or nerve symptoms in your limbs? As a Sports/MSK physician, I believe that exercise is a essential. This will help keep the weight off, maintain your strength and hopefully limit the progression of your wear and tear (degenerative) changes in your back.
