A proper examination is necessary!
Many patients have skin tags and seborrheic keratoses on neck and that only requires 1 session of electrocautery with the Ellman surgitron.
Could also be freckles or post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation i.e. acne marks and we will use picosure for that. May need 2-3 sessions to clear pigmentation.
Best to see a doctor first! Not difficult to get rid of dark spots if the diagnosis is right!
