Firstly, I would suggest you have your shoulder assessed to determine what range you do or do not have as well as other factors such as strength and pai symptoms. Simply working on range of movement may not be sufficient to improve things.
Your assessment will involve a clinical history, examination and investigations such as an X-ray, ultrasound or MRI scans. Treatments can involve physiotherapy, injections and in some situations surgical treatment.
In some centres, you might be offered a hydro-dilatation - where the shoulder joint is injected with a large volume of fluid to expand it get things moving.
