Thank you for your photo. Your scar looks mature, and a little raised from the photo. You may achieve some improvement to the texture and appearance with a combination of fractional CO2 laser and steroid injections.
Usually 4-5 monthly sessions will be needed, and there is a risk of developing darkening of the scar during the treatment. It is best to seek an actual consultation so that your scar can be examined and you can discuss the risks and benefits with a trusted dermatologist or GP with experience in scar treatment.
