How can I get tightened pores, and what should be the frequency of treatment?

Doctor's Answer

Pores can be tightened with various treatments. This can be divided into treatments with or without downtime.

The carbon laser peel can help to reduce pore size without any downtime. This procedure can be repeated every 2 weeks for better results.

If downtime can be tolerated, ablative lasers such as the fractional CO2 or RF microneedling with Intracel or Infini, can be used to produce better, longer lasting results. Typically the treatment can be repeated monthly.

For both types of treatment, it is usually recommended to have 4-8 sessions done.

Another alternative would be to consider skin boosters which, besides reducing pore size, can help to hydrate the skin and improve the skin texture.

Hope this helps!
