Latisse contains contains the prescription medication bimatoprost and is proven scientifically to stimulate eyelash growth.

On the other hand Revitalash is a non-prescription cosmetic product marketed as an eyelash conditioner that improves the appearance, promote the attractiveness, and enhance the beauty of natural eyelashes.

Revitalash, like other eyelash conditioners such as Shiseido Full Lash and Brow Serum, might make lashes look fuller hydrating and softening them, but won't actually stimulate growth like Latisse does.

Hope this clarifies.
