If the above problems are transient or happening infrequently with rather normal stools in between, you are probably OK. If your symptoms persist beyond 2 to 4 weeks or if you notice other associated issues such as fever, unexplained weight loss, significant pain, or bloodstains in your stools, you should consider seeking help from your doctor.
Loose stools by itself, regardless of the color (with the exception of black or bloody stools), may be a result of the food or medicine we take and may not necessarily mean serious sicknesses. For people having "bowel rush" or IBS, such events may occur during periods of stress. What differentiates illness from an occasional bowel setback can be difficult to ascertain. In my opinion, the duration, frequencies of such events coupled with symptoms such as fever, localised pain, and blood stained stools should prompt you to consider having a proper evaluation by your doctor.
