Ageing generally results in pigmentation or issues related to sagginess. While it is difficult to pinpoint treatment specific to your skin, I will try to introduce several more widely accepted and effective treatments.
1. Ultherapy is a non-invasive, no downtime, US FDA-approved procedure for skin lifting and tightening. Ultherapy uses focused ultrasound that bypasses the superficial skin and delivers energy deep within those skin structures to help stimulate new collagen production, which then helps lift, firm, and tighten the skin of the eye, cheeks, jaw, face, neck, and chest.
2. Botulinum neuromodulators like Botox, Dysport, and Xeomin relaxes the muscles and soften existing lines on the face. They also prevent the formation of deeper lines, by limiting the muscle movements that cause wrinkles.
Botulinum neuromodulators can be used to treat frown lines, forehead lines, and crow’s feet. It is also effective in face contouring, where the jawline can be slimmed down when the jaw muscles are relaxed. Botulinum neuromodulators are also applied in face and neck rejuvenation treatments for the easing of wrinkle lines.
3. Dermal fillers are made of various kind of safe ingredients that have been developed for injection into the skin. Many filler brands contain hyaluronic acid, which is a natural compound found in our body that helps to hydrate and add volume to our skin.
Dermal fillers are designed for injection into the skin to counteract the visible signs of volume loss, smoothening fine lines and wrinkles, volumising and defining lips, and contouring and sculpting the face to give more shape and definition to the facial features.

4. PicoSure laser is a picosecond laser treatment approved by the US FDA that delivers ultra-short pulse bursts of energy to the skin in picoseconds (trillionths of a second). PicoSure is able to penetrate the deeper layers of the skin dermis to revitalise the skin by activating cell signalling to stimulate collagen and elastin production, which is essential for the skin healing.
PicoSure can treat different skin conditions and is especially effective for pigmentation, acne scars, and wrinkles.
