Thanks for the question. It is difficult to be sure of the diagnosis from the photo. A solitary red patch can be due to a number of different causes including eczema, skin infection and even a drug eruption.
If this is still persistent, it would be good to see your doctor or dermatologist for a proper history and examination in order to determine the cause of the rash.
