Thanks for the picture.
It appears to be sensitive skin on first look. But I must caution you about
the limitations of just looking at the picture. For a proper diagnosis you
should still see a GP.
If it is immediately after showering, could it be due to some of the soap
or shampoo that you are using?
Otherwise, some skin are sensitive to changes in temperature as well.
