Thank you for your question. Itchy, "watery ears" may be due to:
- Ear infection, especially fungal infection
- Earwax
- Dermatitis (eczema)
You should visit a GP or ENT Specialist to have your ear examined and treated.
Hope this helps and all the best!

Dr Ethan has provided a good summary on the possible causes of vertigo. Vertigo is a type of giddiness whereby a patient feels that the room is spinning or he/she is spinning. If this is what you experience, then you should see an ENT Specialist first. Most vertigo are due to peripheral causes (meaning there is a problem with the balancing system of the ear). Central causes of vertigo (due to a problem in the brain) are fortunately much rarer.
Thank you for your question. From the symptoms that you described, you may be suffering from an ear infection. The two most common ear infections are: 1. Otitis externa – infection of the ear canal 2. Otitis media – infection of the space behind the ear drum You will need to see a general practitioner or ENT Specialist to have the infection treated. Since you have been getting an ear discharge, you will most likely need antibiotic ear drops.
