What are the most common causes of blurry eyes in the first few weeks after LASIK?

By far the most common causes of blurry vision after Lasik is dry eyes, induced higher-order aberrations and mild cornea edema related to flap creation. Less commonly, residual refractive error may be a cause of blurred vision.
