From the picture, this bump maybe a dermatofibroma or even an early scar.
You should see your doctor/dermatologist to get this more closely examined for a proper diagnosis to be made.
A dermatofibroma is a benign growth on the skin. This is not cancerous. Treatment is by surgical excision or removal of the lesion.
