Hello and thank you for your photos. From the photos, it appear most consistent with discoid eczema. Other possibilities would be a fungal infection or other inflammatory conditions.
I would suggest seeing a dermatologist early so that an accurate assessment of your skin rash and discussion of your treatment options can be made. Hope this helps.
