You have quite a number of icepick scars. I would probably combine TCA Cross and Fractional Laser for the best results. However, there would be a fair bit of social downtime experienced. I think thats the main consideration for your kind of acne scars.
Secondly, i would just make sure that you are not on highish dose of Isotretinoin which may affect healing after fractional laser treatment.
I also noticed there looks like some flaking of your skin. You will need to consider using the right products for optimal hydration status.
