Hi, thanks for the question. From your desciption, it does sounds like you may have scrotal eczema. This is often very itchy, and scratching the area will make the eczema worse.
Your doctor would probably have prescribed you with a mild topical steriod cream. This will help to settle the eczema.
Some antihistamines to relief the itch may be helpful too. Importantly, you should refrain from scratching the areas as this will make the eczema more persistent and recurrent.
