Both PN Cell Regation and Rejuran are different brands of Polynucleotides. Both are manufactured from the male salmon fish milt but the extraction and purification processes may differ slightly.
Both have clinical studies/papers to back up their claims in skin rejuvenation. However, Rejuran has been on the market longer and has better track record based on usage.
