Persistent vaginal spotting and bleeding for more than a month is a symptom that should definitely be further investigated by your doctor.

Causes can include vaginal infections, cervical problems, pregnancy, polyps in the womb or cervix, or rarely, abnormal cell changes in the womb.

As such, it is definitely recommended for you to speak to a doctor regarding your symptoms and to seek treatment as early as possible.

What are the possible reasons for a combination of spotting, headaches, vomiting and lightheadedness?

By spotting, I think you mean that you have light vaginal bleeding that happens outside of your regular periods. A small amount of blood is involved in spotting and this can be noticed on the toilet paper after using the bathroom or in the undergarments. Bleeding or spotting any time other than when a woman has her period is considered abnormal vaginal bleeding. There are many different causes of spotting between periods. Sometimes, it can be a sign of a serious problem, but oftentimes there is nothing to be concerned about.

Is vaginal birth safe after having done C-section previously?

Provided the mother and baby are in good health, it is not unreasonable for some women to consider vaginal birth after a caesarean section (VBAC). If labour progresses smoothly, then about 70% of women will have a successful VBAC. The advantages of this are that it avoids surgery and its associated risks, potentially less blood loss and faster recovery. Once a successful VBAC has been achieved, then VBACs can be attempted for future deliveries. Having said that, VBACs are not without its specific risks with uterine rupture being the main one.
