When should a frozen blastocyst be transferred for the highest chance of success?

Doctor's Answer

Frozen blastocysts should be transferred when the endometrial lining has been properly prepared with oral hormones and should be at least 8mm thick in order to give a reasonable chance for implantation.

The timing of the blastocyst transfer should follow 5 days after the eggs have been collected and fertilized to become embryos ie. 5 days post fertilization.
