Why do I get rashes after lying on a grass patch?

The most common cause is skin irritation from direct skin contact with the grass. If it bothers you significantly, simply avoid doing so.

Less commonly, it may be due to grass allergy. In this instance, a full evaluation by a dermatologist sub-specializing in contact dermatitis will be useful.

Hope this helps!
