My dad was warded here. The nursing and medical staff were very caring. I am very grateful to these unsung heroes for the work they do. God bless.

My mum had to wait for 8hrs after her major operation. I have been warded here a few times, forced to come here due to circumstances. At one point, I waited for about the same number of hours for a bed too.

I got hospitalised here 3 times already! still my favourite place to be hospitalised. The staff is fresh and still full of passion, not like the other older hospitals.

I have been to this hospital recently when grandmum suffered a bad fall and had to be warded and also to visit another sick relative.

I love the open concept and lush greenery everywhere in the hospital grounds. The healthcare workers show enough care and concern to patients. The wards are huge and well-ventilated too.

I used to visit my sports doctor in Alexander Hospital for my hamstring and back injuries and loved the park there too. While modern, sophisticated buildings make up the structure we call Khoo Teck Puat Hospital, it doesn't feel half as cosy as the colonial buildings in Alexander Hospital do. However, the foliage around this hospital does help to relax and calm souls.

Poor customer service, they should have a system where their customers is being served based on who comes first ... i came and gave my id for registration, they say that they will call me shortly but to my surprise, others who came before me was served first,
I am also in the hospitality service for more than 10 years and their sincerity servicing the community lacks leadership and compassion.

This is a beautiful setup, and sometimes I wish I didn't have to come here for just medical reasons. The greenery is pretty lush, and it makes for a pretty calming view, which is nice especially since visits to hospitals generally aren't good news.

Apart from the view, I do love that the nurses and staff I've encountered are always attentive, and the amenities like the TVs and water coolers make the wait for the X Ray or blood test station that much more bearable.

Discoordination is apparent. Handover is slow. Doctors seriously not up to mark. Good luck to you if you have no choice but to go there.

I am impressed at the hospital professionalism in providing health care. Nurses support, doctors supports are very professional. The Team of doctors and nurses touch deep in my heart. Really take my hats off to them.
I was warded in A & E for rupture of appendicitis. Nurses, medical team and the surgical team were very professional, i could feel i am treated as a special individual. They explained my condition and the treatment very patiently and monitored my recovery during my stay.
My deepest gratitude to the team of doctors and nurses at KTP hospital. Thank you.

There seem to be a case of lack of responsibility by the team doctors and nurses of Ward B65.

My grandfather was admitted yesterday. Called the nurse on shift at night, went down to visit at night. Same nurse mentioned about doctors giving me an update on his condition and test results. Queried about discharge date and nurse told me doctors will contact me.

Called today(28/4/18), nurses are telling me doctors are off and left with oncall doctors to update. This is serious lack of responsibility to inform the patient's family by the doctors and nurses on duty. Does this mean at the same time that my grandfather is not getting his due care as well?

Besides, nurses mentioned about an extra scan that can only be done tomorrow. Yet we are not updated about it as well. What is the use of leaving our contact details? Why waste our time bothering to inform on our availability?

Is this a way for the hospital to earn an extra day of patient staying in hospital? Not knowing when the discharge date nor having any updates on his condition nor knowing why a scan is implemented. Makes one feel like my grandfather and my family is taken for granted.
