Dr. Tseng kickstarted his medical career at the Singapore General Hospital as a specialist in obstetrics and gynaecology. He became an integral part of the pioneering team to first offer fertility care and IVF technology to Singaporeans in 1988.
Prior to his venture into private practice, Dr. Tseng was also instrumental in the establishment of the Hospital's Centre for Assisted Reproduction 'CARE' fertility service.
With a well-diverse obstetric practice, Dr. Tseng aims to go beyond the conventional provision of conception-to-delivery services. Dr. Tseng wishes to provide more than that. Having spent a year at St. Georges Hospital London, a center of excellence for the sub-specialty of uro-gynaecology, Dr. Tseng also offers treatments targeting clinical problems associated with the dysfunction of the pelvic floor and bladder.
Today, Dr. Tseng has become an experienced fertility specialist, obstetrician, and gynaecologist who is well known for his holistic approach to fertility treatment, which encompasses assisted reproductive technology and traditional complementary therapies to achieve the best results for his patients.

Consistent and regular mid-cycle bleeds may be as a result of Ovulation. Other irregular episodes of bleeding may be due to local cervical lesions like polyps or inflammation of the cervix of bacterial or viral origin. These need to be assessed by your Gynaecologist.
Basic fertility assessment includes a Sperm analysis and evidence of a growing follicle with the presence of an ovulation trigger. This is assessed by ultrasound at strategic times in the cycle.
