How can I best manage my symptoms of headaches, dizziness and light sensitivity?Neurology Pain
I'm a 36 years old female. I've had headaches, dizziness and sensitivity to light for 1.5 years. The headaches typically occur at the front of my head. I've seen various specialties and had various tests done, including scopes and CT scans. They were all normal. My day to day work is being hindered by my symptoms, as I am required to move around. How can I best manage my symptoms?
These symptoms are consistent with a migraine. If they occur frequently, it is advisable to take steps to reduce the attack severity and frequency.
This can be done by well-chosen daily preventative medication used for about 6 months. Although there is no cure for migraines, the condition is very treatable.
