Solar lentigines and flat seborrhoiec warts can occur on the hands and forearms. They are more common on the sun exposed areas and they tend to appear more as one ages. Some people are more prone to developing them. It is advisable to minimize sun exposure to decrease the risk of developing more lesions.
They are benign lesions and do not need to be treated. However, they can be removed laser treatment or electrosurgery. Your doctor or dermatologist will need to do a proper examination and advise on the most suitable treatment options.
