Common symptoms of lower tract UTI (e.g. cystitis or bladder infection) in men include:

  1. painful urination
  2. blood in the urine
  3. frequency and urgency
  4. the sensation of incomplete void
  5. slow stream with the need to strain
  6. pain in the lower abdomen
  7. fever

It is not so common for men to have UTI. If you are concerned that you may have a UTI, do see a doctor.
