The gold standard for port-wine stain treatment is the 585-595nm pulsed dye laser which targets the superficial blood vessels and helps clear the port-wine stain with minimal risk of scarring. Early treatment gives the best results.
Unfortunately, this special laser is not commonly available except in a few hospitals and laser clinics. I suggest that you see a laser dermatologist at the National Skin Centre for further evaluation.

In addition, I would like to address your question on the ideal length of time between subcision and Infini RF treatments. The ideal interval between treatments is 4-6 weeks. Cafe au lait macules are birthmarks and are benign. Laser treatments can be used to treat it. There are different lasers that can be used. However, usually multiple treatments are required and complete clearance may not be achievable in all cases as treatment response may vary with individuals.
