How to fix post liposuction dimpling and uneven fat removal?
I'm sorry to hear that your result is unsatisfactory. At 9 months, we can assume that the result is fairly stable and will not improve significantly without action. From what you describe, the optimal solution is to undergo a 2nd procedure involving VASER liposelection to reduce/smoothen the excessive areas with concurrent fat transfer to fill in the dimples/concavities.
What are the main factors to consider in deciding between breast implants or fat transfer to the breast?
I agree with Dr Chui, there are certainly many considerations when choosing between fat transfer or implants. While impossible to cover everything in detail, some of the important factors are:1. Cost? - At least in my practice, the cost of both options is very similar so this is usually not an important deciding factor. 2. Feasibility? - Most slim patients wanting a significant augmentation do not have sufficient fat for transfer to achieve a "C" cup. In such patients, implants are the only safe option. 3. Desired Result?
How does fat repositioning help to remove eye bags?
The majority of lower blepharoplasties I've performed over the last 14 years have involved fat repositioning or redistribution. Essentially, fat repositioning involves the release of fat from within the eyebag, pulling it downwards to fill in the tear troughs (if present). The fat is secured in position with dissolvable stitches. If there is more fat than required, some is removed. If there is insufficient fat, concurrent fat grafting would be beneficial.
