As far as I am aware, there is no association between irritable bowel syndrome and scrotal itch.
Common causes of scrotal itch include scrotal eczema and fungal infection. Other inflammatory skin conditions like psoriasis can also cause scrotal itch.
If you have a persistent scrotal itch that is bothering you, you should see your doctor or dermatologist for a proper assessment and treatment.
