After Picosure laser treatment, the skin might be a little sensitive for several days, so avoid any acidic creams and tretinoin until the sensitivity phase subsides. This also applies to vigorous facial cleansing, scrubbing and facial treatments.
Do start using sunscreen and practice sun protection immediately after the laser treatment.
There is no need to avoid any oral medication.
