I would recommend that patients wait at least 3 months after thread lift before doing a Thermage or HIFU. That way, you can actually see the final results of your thread lift first. Proceeding with thermage or HIFU after will then have a synergistic effect.
The other reason is that thread lift and HIFU or Thermage are actually both collagen induction procedure. So I would again advise patients to actually have both the procedure (threadlift and HIFU/Thermage) done with some time apart.
The other reason would be that you do not want to do it too soon as the heat from the procedure would actually cost the suture or the thread to break down much more quickly. Hope this helps!
