All fractional resurfacing energy devices which include fractional CO2 laser, fractional non-ablative laser, fractionated picosecond laser and fractional radio-frequency (RF) can help improve acne scars and big pores. INFINI RF is a fractional microneedle RF device and will certainly help treat the big pores with repeated treatments. Although some patients report improvement in oily skin after treatment, the results are unfortunately not very consistent.
