For your skin condition, it will be useful to consider combination treatment with fractional lasering or RF together with chemical peel, topical retinoids, and even short term very low dose oral isotretinoin for optimal results.
Do consult your preferred aesthetic doctor for a full assessment and discussion of the various treatment options based on your expectations, tolerability for treatment downtime, preference and budget.
